Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.
Security Policy
A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee.
Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
Experience this mountain lodge located slope side on Blackcomb Mountain and offering the ultimate ski-in/ski-out access in the winter and access to a variety of mountain activities in the summer. Shops, restaurants, and the base of the mountain are just a few steps away.
