Important Hotel Information
- Effective July 31, 2011, Hilton London Docklands will no longer operate a shuttle bus to and from Canada Water Tube station. However, the ferry service between the hotel and Canary Wharf will be complimentary in both directions for all hotels guests. Canary Wharf Tube Station is a short walk from the Canary Wharf Pier.
- Guests who wish to use Canada Water Station, please use the C1O public bus that stops directly outside the hotel. The stop for the hotel is displayed and announced as the Hilton London Docklands Riverside.
- Due to an increase in the number of buses operating through Canada Water Station, the Hilton London Docklands hotel can no longer operate our courtesy bus service to Canada Water. Alternatively from Monday 4th July 2011, the ferry service between the hotel and Canary Wharf will be complimentary in both directions for all hotels guests.
