Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.
Security Policy
A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee.
Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
The Glacier Reach Hotel is located in the #1 Ski resort in North America and just a short walk to the base of both mountains and overlooks the village. Rooms include a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, a full bathroom, color TV with VCR, alarm clock/radio and an iron/ironing board.The hotel is a new favorite for families and groups to stay at while visiting Whistler.
