Important Hotel Information
- All Walt Disney World® Resort hotels are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
- Disney's Magical Express Service is another benefit to staying at an on-site Disney Resort hotel. Buses take guests from the Orlando International Airport to the Disney Resort hotel, while the bags are transported and taken straight to the hotel room. When the vacation is over, guests and the bags are transported from the Disney Resort hotel back to the airport. - The hotel is currently in the process of renovating individual guest rooms, however there should be little or no impact to guest who are staying at the hotel during this period.
- Tennis Courts and Playground are closed until further notice while work is being done in the area. Guests may use other WDW courts, such as those located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
- The feature pool at Disney's Contemporary Resort is now open and operational for Guests' enjoyment. However, peripheral refurbishment work still is being conducted. With that in mind, Guests may see maintenance equipment and staff in the area. The peripheral refurbishment work should be completed by mid-July 2009.
